For photographers and cameramen
You shoot for 200 future clients and leave with nothing.
Every guest at that wedding is holding a camera and a phone number. Yaadein turns both into your asset: their photos fill your album, and your booking links sit on every screen they open.
The half of the wedding you cannot shoot
You were at the mandap. The best photo of the night happened at table nine. It is on a cousin's phone and nobody will ever see it, and you are the one who gets asked where the rest of the photos are.
One QR, no friction
Guests scan the table card and the camera opens. No app to install, no login, no OTP, no selfie to register first. That is the whole reason they actually do it instead of meaning to.
Your edits, same album
Upload your finished gallery to the same wedding from your own bulk-upload link. The couple gets one place with your work and every guest candid in it, not two links they lose track of.
Sorted by ceremony, not by you
Haldi, mehendi, sangeet, baraat, reception. Each function gets its own QR, its own section and its own guest list, so nothing needs sorting by hand afterwards.
The album is a booking channel
This is the part no gallery tool does. Your studio name, logo, Instagram, WhatsApp and website sit on the table card, the live wall, the album itself and the delivery email.
Every guest sees your name
Not a credit line buried in a footer. Guests reach your album through your branding, and the moment they download a photo they love, your booking links are right there.
A consented guest list, not a scraped one
Guests can leave an email or phone when they scan, because they want the album. Uploading never requires it. You end up with contacts who chose to hear from you.
Delivered on your schedule
Send the finished album to everyone who registered, or only the people from one ceremony. Failed sends retry on their own and nobody is ever sent the same album twice.
Priced like a wedding, not like a meter
₹299 per wedding, paid once, only when you actually shoot one. Packs bring it down further. There is no monthly fee sitting on your books through the off season.
No credits to estimate
Per-photo credit systems make you guess the size of a wedding before you shoot it, and top up when you guess low. A flat per-wedding price means a 4,000-photo three-day wedding costs the same as a 600-photo one.
Prove it on a real client
Your first wedding is free, with the full feature set. The album stays live 30 days instead of 1 year and delivery is capped at 50 guests, so you see the whole flow work before you spend anything.
What Yaadein does not do
So you can decide quickly, and so nothing surprises you later.
- No face recognition or "find my photos by face" yet. If that is the one feature you need, another tool is the better fit today.
- No wedding planning tools. No RSVP, no digital invitations, no seating charts, no vendor directory, no budget tracker.
- No printed albums or photobooks.
- No automatic content moderation. You and the couple can hide any photo, and guests can report one, but nothing is screened by a machine.
- No public proof yet. Yaadein is pre-pilot, which is exactly why the first wedding is free and you get a call with the founder.
Run your next wedding on it, free.
Set up a wedding, print the QR for the venue, and watch the guest photos land in your album while you are still shooting.
